When an end user calls a business powered by HVX Voice, we may process:

  • Call metadata (time, duration, routing information)

  • Call transcripts or summaries (when enabled)

This information is processed solely to provide call handling, scheduling, and communication services requested by the business.

2. SMS and Mobile Messaging (A2P 10DLC)

HVX Voice sends transactional SMS messages only, including appointment confirmations, reminders, and service-related notifications generated in response to inbound calls or business requests.

By calling a business powered by HVX Voice or submitting your phone number through our website, you consent to receive automated service-related text messages.

Consent is not a condition of purchase.

End users may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All data categories described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, which will never be shared with third parties.

HVX Voice accesses Google Calendar data only when a business explicitly connects its Google account using Google OAuth authorization.

Google user data is used solely to provide requested application functionality, including:

  • reading calendar availability to determine appointment openings
  • creating, modifying, or canceling calendar events requested during calls
  • preventing scheduling conflicts for the connected business

HVX Voice does not:

  • use Google user data for advertising
  • sell or transfer Google user data to third parties
  • use Google user data to build or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models
  • access Google user data for any purpose unrelated to scheduling functionality requested by the user

Google user data is retained only as necessary to operate scheduling features and is removed when a business disconnects its Google account or terminates service.

HVX Voice's use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

HVX Voice works with trusted infrastructure providers that support operation of the platform, such as:

  • cloud hosting providers
  • communication and messaging services
  • payment processors (e.g., Stripe)
  • artificial intelligence processing infrastructure

These providers may access information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are contractually restricted from using data for independent purposes.
